Statement saving Blue Cocktail Earrings

These earrings are just beautifully made- I wouldn't be surprised if they were Juliana however there are not enough clear signature signs to confirm they are. They are clip on earrings with goldtone hardware saving. They have prong set stones in tones of blue , grey and multicoloured auora borealis stones. They measure 1.5” x 1” and are in excellent condition.
