Description

Product Name: Vintage Etching of a Front Porch with Rocking saving Chairs by Pat Van Gelder, Signed, Dated and Numbered by the artist, Titled Resting Place, 1989

Delightful vintage etching by Upstate New York artist, Pat Van Gelder. Titled "Resting Place" depicts a lovely front porch with rocking chairs and plants. You can imagine many a summer nights rocking away with friends, deep in conversation. Van Gelder is from Upstate New York, a town called Fairport, a suburb of Rochester NY. She is active in a number saving of Rochester art organizations and has won several awards and honors. The work is signed, numbered 12/17 and dated '87 by the artist in pencil. The work is wrapped in plastic for protection, which is causing some reflection in the photos.

Measurements:
The image measures 10" inches in width by 8" inches in height. The mat measures 16" inches in width by 14" inches in height. It is covered by a plastic film for protection which, of course, should be removed when framing. It is in excellent condition having never been removed from the protection and framed. Please refer to photos for details.
