Available length sizes:

• XS 5.5-6" (140-150mm) - 105/60mm
• S 6-6.5" (150-165mm) - 110/70mm
• M 6.5-7" (165-178mm) - 115/75mm
• L 7-7.5" (178-190mm) - 120/80mm
• XL 7.5-8" (190-200mm) - 130/85mm

The thickness of the strap is about 4.3mm at lug, 2.2mm at tail
