Vintage Copper round pot large chunky sourced in France. Versatile boiling saving display

Large round copper pot brass lubed pastry making large chunky with large hollow chunky handle. Held to body with copper saving rivets. There is a line of alternate metal around the base and inside.
This may be to do with heat conduction.
A nice item. Has many years if use kept unusual in its shape.

It measures 25cm diameter 12cm deep it is 74cm around the middle girth. .
