*German Silver is an alloy of copper, tin, zinc and nickel also known as Nickel Silver.

The circumference of each cuff is the size in inches plus a 1.25" to 1.5" gap. To get the size measure the wrist and compare it to the total in inches of the cuff sizes.
For example:
Size small is 6.25" with a 1.25" gap for a total of 7.50".
