14k yellow gold circle shaped diamond pendant on a silver box chain. The pendant weighs about 2 grams, the chain is about 4.8, for a total weight of 6.8 grams. 45 1 point stones on the 7/8th of an inch pendant, which is stamped 14K and some other illegible lettering. The chain is 20” long, and is stamped what looks like 925 8G India. It's in good used condition and could be altered to remove the silver chain, possibly made saving into a size 8 one-sided ring if the bail was removed.
