Beautiful, shiny silverplate. The name of the place "Gabioly Blankenberghe " engraved in flowing script on the sides. Opening is fluted like flower petals. This has a weighted base, very sturdy. This was made by Wiskemann in France or Belgium for a restaurant or hotel. Great condition. 7 1/4 inches high. Wiskemann is marked on edge of base.
