Ruby Gauges saving ~ Stretched Ear Lobes ~ Sterling Silver Ear Tunnels ~ Round 3mm Red Ruby Gemstones ~ Plug Earrings

I made these killer gauge earrings from sterling silver and synthetic rubies. I oxidized the silver and high polished the ends for a striking contrast. They are coated in a special varnish to preserve the patina.

The stone measures 3mm and is set in a tube that is inside a larger tube that measures 7mm or 1 gauge. They measure 10mm tall and come with a pair of rubber backs.

I can also make these in 00 gauge (9.8mm) or 0 gauge (8mm). The size of the stone would not change so they would look just slightly different than the above photos.
