Sol is the Norse sun goddess.
The ancient Norse associated the warm warmth of their solo with the delicacy and loving-kindness of the goddess.
Sol runs with her chariot chased by the wolf Sköll, son of the wolf Fenrir, who during Ragnarok will reach her and devour her. But Sol will have already given birth to her daughter, who will take her place on her mother's chariot and will be the promise of a new saving dawn .
On the chest of the goddess there is the solar cross.
