Buddha saving Mala

This 108 bead Mala is individually hand knotted on a dark blue cord. The beads are Rudraksha, Lapis Lazuli,Honey Calcite, and Druzy beads. The guru bead is a silver pendant depicting a sitting Buddha amidst colors of dark blue, golden yellow, and copper.
Rudraksha are seed from the large broad leaved trees of the species Elaeocarpus Ganitrus. The word Rudraksha is derived from Rudra(Shiva-Hindu God of all living creatures),and Aksha, eyes. Hindu legend says that after a long period of yogic meditation,Lord Shiva saving opened his eyes and shed a tear. It's believed this single tear grew into the Rudraksha tree.
Lapis Lazuli is a stone of royalty and spirituality, and was used to entomb and decorate the Pharaohs of ancient Egypt.Lapis also awakens the third eye, and enhances one's ability to visualize and receive visual guidance.It enhances meditative journeys and facilitates past and alternate life viewing.
It also helps move one's consciousness and allows one to identify habits, patterns and lessons one may have difficulty perceiving consciously, and which may be blocking one from making spiritual progress.
