Sprocket Shaft saving Lamp

Old machinery sprocket/shaft made into a lamp. Looks rather like one of the saving castles at the beginning of Game of Thrones. Wood base with rubber backing. Brass gear and pipe. Air filter shade rests on the socket secured by a thread ring.
Switch is in the cord.
