Vintage Ford Automotive Light with a Clear Glass saving Jefferson 911 Lens

Here's a treat from an old Ford car. It's a light assembly and it presumably has the original Jefferson 911 clear glass lens. What is shown is exactly what will be sent to your mailbox! This 3.5 pound piece of American history still has the bracket attached although there may be a break on an arm. From what I can tell the bracket is number 7846. There is rust throughout, and it seems to be mostly surface, saving and there are hints of original surface and paint between the rust. The hinge is awesome. It opens and closes nicely and has that sturdy snap as it goes into place. The lens may need some cleaning but it's without cracks or chips, and sits in there like it means business. It will not be falling out that is a certainty.
