This is a US size 7. This is a traditional ring from the Vargas company. The enamel is completely intact. The gold plating on sterling is almost gone so this appears silver now.

Just under 3/4" (1.9 cm) tall & tapers down to just over 1/8" (4 mm) wide at the saving palm. Marked 'Sterling' along with the Vargas 'V' in a diamond hallmark. Weight - 8.3 g / .28 oz.
