Please keep in mind that, while we use the same wood, stains, and paints for each sign, pictures can vary due to lighting and editing. Each sign will be slightly different due to grain patterns in the wood and may or may not include knots. This ensures your sign is a unique, one of a kind piece!

HANDCRAFTED
While most of our orders are shipped and delivered on time, please know your sign may ship a few days later than its expected date as every sign is designed, handcrafted and made to order. Each one of our signs are made by hand from start to finish in our family-owned work shop. All of our ship & delivery dates are estimates based off of the quantity of orders we received at any point in time. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know beforehand and we will try our best to meet your request.

SHIPPING
Usually from 2 to 4 weeks. But, can be some delay according to coronavirus restrictions, holydays etc ... Please, keep it on the mind.

REFUND POLICY
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations of NON-CUSTOM items if we've been notified within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and must ship items back within 30 days of delivery in order to receive refund. If the item is not returned in its saving original conditions, the customer will be responsible for loss in value. To request a cancellation, contact our shop within 24 hours of your purchase and we will happily refund your full purchase.Unless your item arrives damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
