Black Velvet saving Lined Cape With Hood and Tartan Lining

Black velvet cape with hood. The velvet or velour has a stretch so drapes very nicely, it is lined with a red tartan cotton mix fabric, fastened at the neckline with a brass hook and saving eye closure and measures approx 19" from the neckline down to the hem.
