Perfume saving Bottle , Refillable Frosted White Glass Bottle

This bottle was made in Taiwan in saving the 1970's or 1980s. It is made of white frosted glass with brass hardware and has a functioning atomizer.

The bottle has a unique art deco inspired arched shape. The focal point on the bottle is a ceramic or porcelin fashion lady face. She has classic beauty makeup painted on her face with black cat eyeliner and red lipstick. She is wearing a gold cap with bejewelled trim. She also wears a gold metallic scarf.
Pink atomizer ball , with 4.5 inch long fringed tassles on the end. There is no perfume residue inside the bottle. This item would make a wonderful gift for a ladies vanity or bottle collector !
