Very Gently Used. No scratches or blemishes. Phone has always been in a protective case with a screen protector. Factory reset and iCloud unlocked. Works on AT&T. Comes with lightning cable and power block. No other accessories included. I'm am not sure of the battery health as I have reset the phone back to factory settings and I cannot easily access the settings saving to check.
