Vintage 1950s Black and Brass Shields Compact, Enamel Rose saving Top

This wonderful vintage compact has fabulous Mid Century Modern Design style! The cover has the sweetest enamel rose design in shiny black enamel all in super shiny gold metal finish! There is a mirror inside the cover and saving a covered powder well and powder rouge well in the base, Both have their original puffs. The cover of the well in inscribed with the SHIELDS. logo. Inside the rouge well is most of the original pink loose powder! The face powder is empty. The mirror is bright except for one tiny dark pinpoint. The case is in amazing condition. It measures 2 1/8th inches by 3 inches by 3/8ths inches.
