Huge Russian Pavlovo Posad shawl with fringe.

Made in the USSR at Pavlovo Posad Shawl Manufactory circa 1950s. Hand block printing.

Very beautiful! RARE! Is not produced any more!

Made of dense pure wool. The 3-row fringe is handmade of wool.

Warm and pleasant to touch. Not itchy. Does not cause allergies.

Measurement: 150 x 150 cm (59"x59") without fringe. Fringe: 15 cm (5.9").

Weight: 270 gr.

Excellent vintage condition for a 60 year old scarf. No signs of wash or wear, but there are 5 tiny moth eaten holes, probably because of long-term storage. The biggest hole is 5 mm. All the rest are much smaller. You can find them only if you hold the shawl up to bright light. PRICED to SELL!
