The doll is my interpretation of a Tilda doll pattern.
Miss Helen is wearing a beautiful flower pattern dress with puffed sleeves.
The dress is made of cotton and linen. Parts of the dress are decorated with cotton lace and pearls.
Below dress she is wearing pink pantaloons decorated with satin bow and lace.
It will be a very nice decor in the house or a nice gift for people who like tilda dolls ...

On the back side the doll has a loop that can be used for hanging on the wall. Clothes can not be removed. The doll can not be standing on its own; it can only be sitting or hanged.

Technical information:
- Size: the doll is approximately 46 cm tall;
- Materials: fiber, cotton, satin ribbon, lace, yarn, pearls, metal;
- Clothes can not be removed;
- Stuffed with fiber (high quality non-allergenic polyester fabric);
- Do not wash, it can damage the doll; dry-cleaning only;
- The colors might vary a bit depending on screens;

Please note that international customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be assessed by their country's customs.

* IMPORTANT:
• If for any reason your Etsy mailing address does not match your PayPal address, please specify what address you want to be send your package! If you do not specify otherwise, I will send your package to Etsy address and not the PayPal one If the package is sent to the wrong address, it will be the customers expense to re-place/re-ship.
• Please make sure your address is correct. Please confirm all spelling and addresses before submitting orders. We are not able to ship on corporate addresses from Serbia, so please, give us only personal addresses. The order will be sent after address confirmation is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the actual embroidery has not begun. If you'd like to change your order not caused by our mistake we can only refund about 80% of the total amount you've paid as we accept payments through the third part which takes about 20% of non-refundable fees.

Shipping :

I ship my orders from Europe, Serbia, Belgrade.
You'll receive the note from Etsy once your order has been shipped.I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package information about it will be available only after parcel will be registered in your country post system (it may take up to 1-2 weeks).

Please note that some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, USA and Australian post.
From the first day you can track your parcel on the site of Serbian Post until it is registered in your country.

Delivery time:

If item is ready I usually ship within 3-5 business days, if item is made to order I usually ship next business day after completion. Made to order items waiting time is 1-2 weeks prior the shipping, please allow this time for me to made your order.

Here are approximate terms of shipping:
- USA: 2 - 4 weeks
- Canada: 2 -4 weeks
- Australia: 3-4 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on work of Australian customs)
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Rest of World: 2-3 weeks

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me with the problem before leaving a negative feedback. I'll do my best to solve the problem in reasonable way.

Please read carefully the description of the item you are interested before you buy it. Check the measurements and note that color may vary a bit from display to display.

I understand that buying through Internet might be tricky. In the rare event that the item you ordered is not exactly what you expected then you can return it provided you return it within 7 days of receipt. I will refund you the full amount once I have received the item and have checked that everything is in order. Only shipping charges are not a subject to refund.
If the item returned is stained, ripped, or was otherwise damaged by the buyer, a full return is not accepted.

Lost Item:

Package is considered lost if it doesn't come within 2 month from posting date and tracking info approves that. Send me a message so we can work something out.
