Sun dress - ABCs saving (4T)

I know my ABCs on a green chalkboard, size 4 toddler. Machine sewn of 100% cotton. Beautiful ABC applique on the bodice. saving Lovely play dress or casual special occasion. Contrast straps of deep red dots on red go over the shoulders through loops on the back and tie into a beautiful bow. Inspired by my granddaughter.

fits chest 21 inches, length from middle of bodice to lower hem is 23 inches.
