Three Mountaineers, Inc Large Spice Rack - Made in Asheville, NC. Rare 1965 Three Mountaineers, Inc Spice Rack. This is a large spice rack and truly unique. Made of solid wood and sturdy finished in "Genuine old pine finish". The front lists herbs & spices and how to use them. Pictures of the different spices along with a chart that explains how to use them in appetizers, eggs/cheese, fish/game/poultry, desserts, meats and sauces, salad dressings, soups, and vegetables. Inside the door is a herb/spice compatibility chart. Three levels of wooden shelves, each are about 6” high. Small hook lock to close the cabinet. Great vintage condition with normal wear as pictured. Amazing piece of mid-century Americana history. Closed measures 20.5” wide x 19.5” tall x saving 3” wide.
