This is a beautiful leather bound signed first edition of Decision by Allen Drury. The book is bound in green leather with gilt edges and embellishments. The spine has raised bands, marbled endpapers, and a silk bookmark sewn in. This book is signed by Allen Drury in bold blue ink and looks almost brand new, despite being published in 1983. The publisher for this signed first edition is The Franklin Library, known for the incredible books they've released over the years. This is the “true first edition” of this book as the one released to the public is the “first trade edition.” The Franklin Library worked with authors to create these wonderful leather bound books as saving the very first printing.
