Vintage OUR LADY Turning Scroll Viewer saving with Medal ~ Unusual and Rare

Vintage plastic OUR LADY scroll viewer. There are two “knobs” on top...turn those and the scroll moves....pictures show some of what you will see. It measures about 5 3/4” x 1 1/8” without hanging medal. Very nice used vintage condition. I have never seen one of these before. From a Nun's estate.
