New battery was put in about two months ago, but game does not save for some reason. It's also hard to load, taking a few tries. You have to really jam it in the Gameboy to work. I believe it's because of the damaged bottom part, saving as you can see in the pictures. Once you get it loaded, it does work! Perfect game for a project to make this like-new again.
