Old Table. Naive art. Southern FRANCE . Aix-en-Provence 1950 "La Fontaine saving des TANNEURS"

On sale saving this beautiful old canvas representing "La Fontaine des TANNEURS" in Aix- en-Provence in the South of France.
It dates from the 1950s/1960s.
It is signed at the bottom right "Prevost".

Painting on canvas sold WITHOUT its frame.

Canvas dimensions: 61 cm x 46 cm (24.01 inches x 18.11 inches).
840 grams.

Good general condition. There is no hole in the canvas.

But note that the paint cracks at the bottom of the painting. Many pieces of paint have come loose... and still detach from the canvas on the front at the bottom and on the slices of the canvas at the bottom too (white paint)
