The Search Light is a lights and sounds destination. When a button is pressed once, the spotlight turns on. When it is pressed twice, the light flashes. It has been tested and works. It will not ship with batteries saving. It takes three AAA batteries. In good working condition. The condition of everything is as photographed. We have been buying many lots locally to create our ideal set for our sons and are selling off duplicates or items we are not interested in.
