I've designed this tapered bell shade frame with a beautiful cotton print that has a navy background with light blue and white flowers and is trimmed at the bottom with white taffeta. This would look cute in any shabby or cottage chic setting and could be paired with so many other colors! saving I've lined this shade with a white polyester fabric.
