Vintage Reverse Painted Opalescent & Gold Table Lamp White Marble Base Hollywood saving Regency, Deco, Nouveau, Shabby Chic

This Vintage Reverse Painted Opalescent & Gold Table Lampwith White Marble Base is in very good condition. The glass and reverse painting are in excellent condition saving with no issues. The only issue is a small crack on the base, last picture. There is no shade or finial. It measures 15 1/2" to top of glass body of the lamp and 29" to top of harp. The lamp is painted inside with an opalescent material that looks like dots, somewhat like confetti. So it is not a smooth opalescent paint. Please see the video. I hope the pictures capture the opalscence. It is lamp that is hard to pinpoint stylistically, but I think Hollywood Regency captures the style but it would do well in an art deco, nouveau or victorian setting - or shabby chic. The brass base: I have attempted to rid the feet of the green residue from prior polishing with no success. There doesn't seem to be any wear of the brass to cause such a thing and in polishing the top rim, which seems to be solid brass ( and imperfectly polished) perhaps the claw feet are not solid brass, its hard to tell. It needs a polishing wheel in order to polish properly.
