**SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES**

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx domestically within the US and internationally within 1-5 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic delivery and up to 8 weeks for international delivery.

**RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES**

+ Buyer must contact us within 14 business days of delivery for returns. Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of delivery.

+Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

+Refunds are issued after the item(s) have been returned and inspected, minus the cost of shipping.

+If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

+We do not offer exchanges due to the inconsistent and limited nature of our items.

**DELIVERY LOSS & DAMAGES**

In the rare case that an item is damaged or lost during delivery. We will require that you message us and describe the nature of your situation, proof such as photos of damages will be required. We will issue a refund including all shipping costs if we believe there has been fault with the carrier (USPS) and/or with our shipping methods.

**CANCELLATIONS**

Cancellations are accepted as long as saving the item has not been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, we can not cancel.

We hold the right to cancel an order and provide a refund for any reason (ex., the item's availability has changed, the nature of the sale is questionable).

**IDENTIFICATION, AGE & CONDITION OF ITEMS**

We utilize several research methods including expert appraisals in identifying and valuing our items. We do our best to research and provide accurate information about our items. Our shop provides items that are at least 20 years old. Our items can range from vintage (20 yrs +) to antique (100+ yrs). Most dates are estimates.

Due to the nature and age of our items, please expect that not all items will be in pristine condition. Our items have been pre-loved/owned from “new old stock/deadstock” to “good condition” so some flaws are to be expected. We do our best to photograph the items in great light as well as document any noticeable to major flaws in the description and photos.

For clothing items, we wash washable items, clean heavily soiled items, use lint rolls, spot clean or repair minor flaws such as loose seams on a case by case basis. Certain items such as “dry clean only”, coats, leather/suede, wool, rayon and silk are listed as is and the way that we found them. We encourage customers to only wash/clean their clothing items based on the care instructions of the particular item or to take them to a professional if uncertain.

For non-clothing items such as artwork, glass, pottery and jewelry, we typically leave the items as we acquired them unless it's something minor like cleaning the outside of a glass frame or removing excessive cobwebs and loose dust. We do our best to keep the integrity of the items intact and leave major repairs, restorations and professional cleaning to the next owner.

Our items are stored in a dry, pet free and smoke-free environment. Due to concerns with Covid-19, we regularly wash/sanitize our hands or wear gloves when dealing directly with inventory.

**RECYCLED PACKAGING**

We are a recycle friendly shop and reuse packaging if needed in order to reduce waste. Please expect shipping packages and materials to change between orders. Despite packing type, we take great care and take our time in making sure that items are shipped properly and carefully.
