saving A rather adorable object - Vintage Retro Wooden hand carved parrot on Stand, on stand it measures 37 cm tall and taken off the stand, the bird itself measures about 30 cm long. The bird is made of light in weight and colour wood, beatifully carved feathers and painted black eyes. There might be very minor chips on the end of the tail or the head feather, please have a good look at the photos, although it is difficult to say -these might also be the original wood imperfections.

The round stand comes from different, heavier and denser piece of wood (burl like) and is older than the bird, the reverse surface is slightly uneven and might benefit from sanding.
