We are a team of 5 people, 2 men and 2 women and me.
Our workshop is situated in the beautiful North India mountains, I CARE to provide people with a nice space to work and a fair salary.
I keep it small in order to have personal family-like relationships with the craftsman.
By paying them directly by myself without having to pay factories and 3rd hands, I can be sure of how much people get and that they are paid well and fair.

------ SHIPPING ------

Some of our items are ready to be shipped in a few days, other will be shipped in 2-3 weeks from the day of order since most of our beauties are prepared personally for you.

Shipping itself takes about 2.5- 3 weeks from the date of shipping.
SPEED post and DHL are available in upgrades while you check out.

If you are in rush or need an item for a specific date, please contact me to check if there is a possibility to speed up the production.

You are welcome to return, exchange, or send us back our items for fixing.

In case of a return, I will refund you the whole cost of the items, except for the shipping cost in case it wasn't our saving mistake.
In case of our mistake, a full refund including the shipping cost will be refunded.
