Vintage Gold Pearl Drop saving Earrings

saving These drop earrings feature a pearl. They were brought as 9ct gold pearl drop earring but only the butterfly backs are stamped. I am unsure if the pearl is authentic. They weigh 1g. They each measure approximately 2.5cm x 1.25cm. Please see photos for condition.
