Vintage cloth saving doll. Pinocchio.

Handmade Pinocchio cloth doll of uncertain origin, handed down within Australian family. Much loved but not roughly handled. Fabric a bit faded, but well made and still in good condition. Upper and lower arm consists of separate pieces joined together at the elbow, so that they appear to bend. No holes, stuffing intact, still has both his eyes.

Disney film Pinocchio was released in 1940, which may or may not indicate he was made in saving the 1940s. He needs company and TLC, would suit a collector.
